Captioned above is my PF A/c No. as Computer Operator, Stanley Consultants India Pvt. Ltd. (SCIPL).

I left the said company on 31st JANUARY and a request for release of my PF amount was made. It was given to understand that the same will be released after 60 days i.e. end of MARCH.

Thereafter, SCIPL has contacted your office a number of times. It was assured by your office that the Cheque would be dispatched within a week. However, almost two months have passed but the Cheque for the above PF account has still not been received.

I therefore request you personally to please have the matter looked into and to ensure that the Cheque is released without further delay.
