I was working as teacher at AIRFORCE SCHOOL, JAMNAGAR from 24-6-06 to 26-6-97 and while in service PF contributions were deducted from my salary. Since then efforts were made to get details of my pf a/c for refund or transfer of such amount to my PF a/c at kerala the efforts were in vain. During service also the details were not furnished to me. Since I such details of my account regarding the amount i, the code no. the authority to whom such remittane made, to whom to apply for it are required.
