Non-recieval of PAN despite repeatedly applying for correction of PANCARD

I, dr sushil kumar aggarwal, doing my post-graduation from PGIMER, chandigarh has applied for correction of PANCARD for last 8 months. I have send application for correction three times during this period but no intimation has been done to me from your department about this.actually, the particulars mentioned in my original PANCARD does not match with those mentioned in my 10th class diploma certificate and so i cannot attach my PANCARD copy anywhere required. Kindly consider my request as earliest as possible and send me new PANCARD with corrections to the address mentioned in application form
