Poor service at the pharmacy

We have not been happy with the service we have been receiving from the pharmacy for quite some time at the Morton, Illinois store. Doug Sperry was a fantastic pharmacist, and you let him get away. Now we feel as if they have no regard to keep the customers happy! Service continues to get worse all the time. We have been getting our prescriptions at K-Mart for over twenty years. We have to wait in line for 10-15 minutes at least everytime to pick them up only to find out they're not ready when we reach the front of the line. This doesn't happen everytime but frequently. I dropped off seven prescriptions today and was told they would br ready in a hour. I came back about ninety minutes later and found out they weren't ready they didn't even have them all keyed in yet! I have talked to a lot of pharmacy customers, and they are as unhappy as we are. Several people have taken their prescriptions or transferred them to other pharmacies they are so unhappy! I'm about ready to do the same thing! This is ridiculous!
