Non-delivery of the consignment

My consignment no. 161570302 booked from chandigrah to bangalore on 02/11/09. on 4th at 4.00pm we have not received the consignment. We regreat to inform you that when we spoke to regional office to Ms. Nirmala/Anitha we shocked to hear you have to take the consignment as and when we deliver. As this was the essiential and Life saving medicens we booked the consignment by Air. This delay has caused lot of in-convence to patients and huge loss in our business. Once again we are confirming that we are approached the consumer court for the justice to patients and us. We are forwarding this mail, futher you should not take the people the granted as consignment will be having their own importance.
