Sir,
1. Consequent upon my permanent transferred/absorption from Defense service to Civil service ie 1577 Pnr Coy (GREF), C/O 99 APO to JIPMER Hospital Puducherry-06 which was held on 03 Jan (AN).
2. After transfer 08 months my PLI Policy No. APS-610464-M has been transfer to Tamil Nadu Circle by Addl Dte Gen APS vide their letter No. APS-610464-M/GREF/APS-7D III dated 31 Oct.
3. Recovery of premium amount @ Rs.775/- has been made twice for Jan 08 and Feb 08 firstly by PAO GREF and secondly by PAO JIPMER. The same has been explained to you by Addl Dte Gen APS vide their letter No. APS-610464-M/GREF/APS-7D III dated 13 Oct.(Photocopy enclosed for your ready reference.)
4. Hence you are requested to refund the excess recovered premium amount Rs.1550/- to me through bank draft payable at SBI JIPMER, Puducherry-06 (Code No.2238) as soon as possible please.
