Fraud on credit card charge full card without permision in india

I come to know that there is scam going on to charge credit cards of american customers... call centers calls the customers in US..for medicines which illegal to sell over the phone without doctors prescription..they make them interested to buy medicines..and they get the credit card of the customers and charge them without giving anything in return..now a days they dont even call them they just cahrge staraight away full creit card... or they tell the customers to send money from western union... to india... these scams are going in Kolkatta and ghaziabad.near delhi... by 5 peoples...

this is my complaint to take quick action against them...
