NON RECEIPT OF PF SETTLEMENT

Dear Sirs,

This is to keep informed that i have submitted neccesary documents to my principles for PF withdrawal on 03 rd August bearing two accounts and of PF TRUST run by company

itself. The No's are MH/1085/1773 & KN/24187/143.Also have

represented my case to EPFO vide reference no CEPFO/E/06352 Dtd 21.11.2008.Till date there has not been any information on this subject and when tried to contact

PF office at KR Puram-Bangalore over Phone no:25614377 their

has been no response, requesting the needful to be done.
