Water supply at Low pressure

Despite adequate rains this season, PHED has not been supplying water with adequate pressure. As a result of which we have to run the electricity motor, which is further escalating our electricity bills. Water consumption is low during winters even then the pressure does go up to a height of even 6 feet from the supply line. I am quoting this complaint with special reference to house numbers D-435 to D-490 in Malviya Nagar, Jaipur. Is is not deficiency in services of the PHED department? I request the forum to help my voice reach the concerned authorities.
