Non receipt/short receipt of first day covers: A/C No.85

I am aregular member of your philately club for the last several years. i not receiving first day covers regularly.the dispatch of covers is being delayed abnormally. it take more then 8 to 9 months.furtherr, issued during 2008 which do not include the covers as lised below. further, the covers issued during 2009 till date have not been sent to me at all
