We had purchased one 29" flat TV 2 years back (Model No. 29PT2552/94, Sl. No. IL300639000559) it was not working from April. we have registered complaint at your authorised service center Kanjirapally, (complaint No. fo/16k dtd 08/05. Nothing was done in this matter by the company for us and now it is more than 4 months. Hopping that you may take earlier action in this matter.
