Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that myself Ashim Halder of Chowhati, Promodnagar, Sonarpur, Kolkata-700149, West Bengal; my Customer ID-25156000037905. My hometheater was not in working condition and so why I called to Authorise Philips Service Centre on 05.10.2009. As a reply Philips representative came my residence on 05.10.2009 evening. They suggest me to submit my hometheater to Philips service center at Garia. As per suggessiong I submit my system to Philips service centre on 06.10.2009 & their promise delivery date was 07.10.2009. After promise delivery date still today I called service centre near about 10 (Ten) times regarding delivery. But they have no response; just reply that call after 2 (Two) days.
Therefore I am requesting you to please help me...
