Television not responding properly... Complaint registered thrice

Hi,

I am Monika Aggarwal... I have Purchased a TV on 11th Apr from Naveen Eletronics Model Town New Delhi 110009…

This TV is not responding since last month therefore I have lodged a compliant to Philips customer care (complaint ID# 159823) in response of which my TV has been taken for repair on 23rd Mar ’09 for 4 days… However even after the repair it wasn’t working well therefore we approached the customer care again in response of which an executive arrived to our place twice… At present the TV is not even getting started & I want this TV to replaced, please help me to get this done ASAP.
