Philips DVP 5100K
Disc not loading

Hi, For the past 2 years, I am facing frequent problems with the model and understand that this model is a failure due to tray design. Twice I have changed the lens and mechanism but still the problem of disc loading exists (getting ejected). I am surprised that Philips is testing their new products with customers.
