PHILIPS FLAT 29

Dear Sir/Madam,

I bought a new Philips CTV 29"FLAT TV FROM RELIANCE DIGITAL, GURGAON ON 26 OCT. I have received a CTV on 29 OCT. The box was open and unsealed. it's look like a used/2nd hand tv. Tv was not packed it was open. There is big daag on front screen it is unremoveable. I am not feeling i bought a new CTV. I am not feeling i bought a branded CTV. I am very happy with LG products last year i bought LG Double door fridge. I am happy with company. I tried to call reliance digitat people there is no such responsible person to handle customers. I am very sad please somebody help me what should i do. Where should i go.

If any body is hearing please replace my tv and give me branded, sealed and scrathfree CTV. My complaint is to Reliance DIgital, Gurgaon and Philips company.
