Hi,
In Oct I purchased a Philips Home Theatre and am having a nightmare expreience. I have lodged my complaint regarding my Home Theatre which is still under warranty. I am trying to call the cusotmer service since a month now and am getting only daily assurance from Philips Customer Care and Philips Service Centre. Its been less than a year and i have had multiple problems with the product.
The Customer service office in Delhi sucks.
