I am purchase television Philips (model 2460) Rs 18, 000/- since 2003 at Bhilai Power House. But some Problem face last 6 year's. My TV Remote is damaged, so i want to purchase new remote but i cann't got any remote Original &Duplicate. Since 2006. I lodge a complaint to PHILIPS SERVICE CENTRE, but they not responded, after reminding several times a person visited. After One Year hearing news that aService Centre is defaulter, then i was goes to PHILIP ARENA Ramsagarpara, Raipur. He was could go to New SERVICE CENTRE (RACHIT'S CARE) Devendra nagar, Raipur. I again complain to service centre on Dated 29-06-07.He was notice remote number (313922886442) Model.no.2460 & take advance 200/-.but till to date. My problem cann't slove. Service man was could your remote not make manufacture in factory. then how i can use my Television without remote. So, you are requested to please look the matter & advise us regarding the above matter or replacement of faulty remote set.
