Philips TV Model 21PT5017
Poor performance/Not working

Dear Sir

I Have purchased Philips TV Model 21PT5017 From M/s Vijay Sales Mahim/Mumbai/Maharastra/India on 02/03. The same TV become faulty on 18/07/08 (under warrenty) and the complaint was given on same date to M/s Vijay sales vide complaint no 0807B181290. Service engineer came after 4 days on 22.07.08 and could not do anything saying simply that some software problem in the TV. Now the TV is still faulty with us.

Dear sir kindly tells what should I do. Can we trust on Philips products?
