Philips/two in one-RR 400
Tremandous delay in service

W e have purchsed two in one on 20/08/08. we have given the same for sevice in 2/12/08 08 as it was not working.the set is not returned back despite several reminders and every time we cal they say some excuse and not giviong a date of repaire completion. They even not bothered to inform about the status.

Pl help us to settle the issue
