Dear Sir,

1. I am staying at Mamanglam, Kochi 682 025 and working at Karimugal, Brahmapuram PO Kochi - 682 303. Reception quality is very poor at both the places. I am unable to hear properly. earlier I had BSNL connection and I never faces this problem in any place in the world. Please help me.

2. Whenever I send the message, Caption is coming that message is being saved. Caption never comes as message is sent. When I open sent box, I found that the box is empty.

I am feeling lot of inconvenience due to above both problem and seek your assistance.
