Home theatre not delivered after one month of booking and payment

I had booked one Phillips DVD home theatre along with one free watch and holiday voucher on 01.08.09. My order no. is 0GA090063813 for order value of Rs. 7598.00 paid thro' my credit card. But till now 29.08.09 same is not delivered.

I want the present status of the items immediately..
