Phillips water puifier
Service centre not responding

I had purchased a phillips water purifier from croma, juhu, mumbai on fri 12th june. i was told that it would be installed within 48 hours. the service centre person came to install the purifier not at the service centre fixed time but at his own convenience but since it was sunday and we were home it was fixed. two days later on16th june, a part came out and water started gushing out. i was given a time of between 9 ad 10-30 for repair with complaint no 130175. no one turned up. further calls to the helpline number assured that they will call back but have received no call back. i had a working condition aquaguard which i replaced with phillips hoping their service would be better but it is worse.
