Bad experience with wedding card Printing

I ordered printing of 200 wedding cards from Phoenix Wedding card printing services in Borivli West.

- They took the entire amount before printing the cards

- When we got the delivery, we found that the cards were not of the colour we ordered for, the quality of the paper used was substandard and also some of the cards were in worn out state (the paper could get torn any moment)

We went to them asking to replace the material with stuff which we actually ordered for, but those people were reluctant and have not done so. They have given us all lame and unjustifiable excuses but directly rejected our request to replace cards with fresh ones.

We are in a crisis situation as they have wasted a lot of time in the entire ordeal and we are now in no position to get new cards done from anywhere else.

This experience has cost us a lot of time, money and peace of mind.
