I Sumit Jain gave my Hyundai Accent for 4th service to Phoenix Hyundai and got all the relevant service areas clearly mentioned in the job card. However after keeping my car for 2 days, they gave a confirmation that everything has been done as per Job Card and my car was ready to be taken back. To my surprise and shock, main complaint of Left door latch to be replaced was not done and after waiting for 2 hours, i was informed that since part was not available, i needed to visit the sevice centre again for the same.

Worst still, they told me that whenever i visit them, they will get it done in 15 minutes and after taking appointment on 31st Oct, they kept me waiting again for half an hour and then told me that it will take another 1 hr to do the same.

For god sake, will someone tell Hyundai to acknowledge and respsct Customers' time and at least tell the truth and not keep them in dark. Till date, i have not recieved a call or anything communication from them, as to when and in what time, can i get my problem resolved.

My concern is not that Latch has not been replaced, but the pain and time i wasted for the same and why can't Hyundai Service Centres communicate proper timelines
