my name is sourabh

i am recieving calls from some recovery agents everyday from no. 01145591800 and he ask for mr . pradeep rao.

but there is no pradeep rao in my family, he says that u have to pay back the amount that is defaulted by mr. pradeep rao. and this is his telephone no.

but actually i got this telephone from bsnl in july in my name.

instead of telling him that he says he don't care since the telephone no. is now in your name u have to pay the amount and uses abusive languages and threatens to sue me.

i repeatedly says that i am not the person he is looking for and i got this no. only few months back from bsnl, he still calls me everyday.

please help me whether it is bsnl mistake because they have given me the no. which is used earlier by some other person or whether the recovery agent who threatens me by calling everyday.

what should i do?
