Our phone was not working almost 9 days now.

It is surprising me that without solving the telephone problem, how BSNL has closed the above two complaints.
Again I lodged the complaint thru 198 on 28.10.2009 complaint no. 02374 This complaint no. is still open. I personally visited several times and talk to the concerned people in BSNL, Kaushambi but the reply was not positive.
In August month my phone worked approximate 20 days. But I paid bill full amount.
That is why I am complaining about the problem through this channel. Kindly do the needful and we got hopeless complaining thru 198 complaint number.
