Flower Delivery

I had ordered for Flower delivery on 18th of Dec to place in Rajakilpakkam chennai through online ordering (Order no.311915) from phoolwala.net. They do have service in Chennai, but no where in the site they had mentioned that there is no service to that particular area (Rajakilpakkam) which is very much in Chennai. As soon as i had ordered, i had called the customer service number - 09820919447 (Mumbai) and also to 09739793865 (Bangalore) to confirm whether they have service to that area, and they do had confirmed me and assured me that the flower would be delivered in time. But today morning i recieved a mail, stating that they do not have service to that area.
