we are regular customer of on dot courier for our business concern but this time i feel very sorry to write you that i have given my family courier through your panipat office via receipt no. *308478978* dt 21.9.09 in favour of Dr parmod gupta..which was delivered on 23.09.09. in kotkapura punjab.in this packet one of my valuable gift item is missing in transit/handling i have also contacted local panipat office but they did not give me satisfactory reply..so please look into the matter and revert back me as soon as possible and also give me your contact number..
