Soft copy of snap in pen drive

Dear Sir,

I taken passport size snap in photostudio at subhash photo studio at ponda goa paying Rs.60/- for 16 copies.

i have approched to give me soft copy of my snap in pen drive, but they are asking another Rs.40/-.

Please advice whether it correct because earlier we are taken back the negative of the photos.
