Asking the third party bill amount & Lethargic attitude in every service request

Dear Sir,
I'm holding a mobile phone connection with Aircel for more than 5yrs and above. My no. is 91 98415 05196. I was not having any problem with them until last year. But, for the last six to seven months. I'm facing many problems with the mentioned service provider. Initially, i.e., on Dec'31st my line has been wrongly disconnected due to the non payment for the unbilled amount. It has been agreed by them also & voluntarily asked me to ignore this wrong service which rendered by them and asked me to make the payment under no compensation. Even then, I myself convinced and made the payment since its a human error. When I was making the payment I requested them to do Name change for the two dual numbers (i.e., 91 98416 22227, 91 98416 22228) and change of address for the first two primary numbers {i.e., 91 98415 05196, 91 98414 49229). They've done the both request only after a period of two months. That too, when I raised a complaint for non-delivery of statements. Here too I'm convinced but, the one which I'm suffering so for is asking me to make the payment for the no's 91 98416 22227, 98416 22228. which I've given for name change. I've submitted lot of complaints to the related customer service. But, nothing has been rectified except in disconnecting my connection again & again. Finally, I spoke to Ms. Suriya of Aircel Customer Care Representative one weak back. She said will be calling me in 2hrs. time so for I've not received any call from her. And for any request, they're asking me to walk in to the Cell city or Head office at kilpauk, Chennai. They're not taking any complaints through phone and not providing any complaint reference no.
When I was making the complaint in Aircel Lobby I heard that The Customer Care Representative and their superiors discussing that, this guy will not cancel his connection since he was holding the line for a longtime. So, don't provide any discounts on the error occurred.
I'm not expecting any offers or discounts from them at the same time, I'm not ready to pay my bill amount unless my problems are rectified. I am having extreme mental agony because of their harassment. Every time I'm getting a call from their collection people and I'm explaining the whole story again and again. None has taken any action on my notifications.
Kindly take up this matter with them so that they'll not do the same thing for the other poor customers.
