Payment of my salary and PF Dues

Sir I joined PIECO Infotech Ltd. B-1/603 A, janakpuri New Delhi-58 on 01-Apr as Assistant Manager IT.I resign from the company on 17-JAN after serving my notice period . a cheque of full and final settlement for rs.15000.00 was handed over after my repeated reminder and request but the cheque got bounce due to insufficient fund.for which i have a proof. EPF was also deducted from my salary but it was foud from the PF office (wazir Pur New Delhi) that they have deposited 50 % of the total EPF amount deducted from my salary. sir I'm from a middle class family and living in the Delhi on rented accommodation with my family and i was the only Earning mamber in the whole family. A total Amount of Rs 60000.00 (Aprrox) has to be paid by the company. sir it is my humble request kindly look in to the matter at the earliest since i' don't have

job at present and I'm unable to raise my family needs. (PF Acc/ No- DL/34650/63)
