Bad connectivity

Sir,

i have taken a new aircel connection 10 days back.my no. is 9851445968. i am facing a strange problem. whenever i am trying to call any no. (aircel or others) i cant connect the call easily. even if i can connect the call is getting hang in middle of conversation. i am facing a lot of difficulties because of this.i cant make very important calls. i have complained to customer care several times but in vain. i want you to take immediate action.
