Dirty Plots near residencial area

Hi,

In pimplesaudagar, near site number 173/1 there is a plot, many workers are there as near by that plot so many constructions are going on. In that plot all those workers go for loo.and pollute the atmosphere.

I understand those are pooer people and from where can they arrange a toilet. but builders should be concern about the hygiene of the environment. and in that are so many reputed builders are making buildings. they should be responsible for making hygiene toilets for the workers.
