Autencity of the Employment Agreement

I am in receipt of an employment agreement from Dr Wills Matt Medical Employment Director, Pinderfield General Hospital, Scotland. He has offerred me post of Hospital Business Manager for monthly salary of 9585 GBP accomodation vehicle etc. There has been no interview only I had emailed my cv some 4 weeks back. When I contacted him he directed me to attorney James Edward for obtaining affidavit of guranty and trust. He has also sent an email seeking 800 GBP. Would like to know is this a genuine offer, if yes how can we get this validated? If not valid can we not complaint the UK EMbassy in India who shld take action against such fruads. both the persons are reachable on their mobile and very smartly confirms that this job is firm. I need your opinion
