Car stereo faulty within a week

Dear sir

i bought a new pioneer car stereo on 09/08/09 in mumbai and within a week it got faulty on contacting the dealer they told me that there is some small issue in the piece and since its in warranty they will get it repair by Pioneer workstation but there was no response from the pioneer workstation and when contacted they told that there is some issue in the stereo for which the piece is sent to nasik for repair

i request you to kindly help me as they have handed me a faulty stereo and now they are repairing it Please help me in getting a fresh piece fron the company
