Iam not satisfied with your service centres in abids and basheerbagh

I have a samsung dual sim mobile W259 and gave a complaint on 11-11 of connector pin on basheerbagh and abids service centre . they said me the connector pin must be changed and they dont have the part and asked me for one week time. But still they did not have. we went for 3 to 4 times but helpless.why the service is not good as the mobile?
