Very Poor after sales services

Sir,

I want to inform you that you have a very poor after sales service. I have a canon pixma ip1000 which got broke about three days before so i went to local service point in ranchi.there you personal acted very rudely and was even disinterested to inspect the machine.after much persuation they did inspect it and said the A.C adapter has short circuited and they do not have the A.C adapter right now it will take about 15 days to bring A.C adapter so for 15 days my work will be hampered.so please do something. Please advertise less and try to provide service more.futher to add that the printer did not gave any trouble for the lasr three years so i had planned to buy an all in one from Canon after seeing your poor after sales service i have cancelled to any product from canon including digital camera.
