Not customer friendly and issues with food coupons

We visited the Indranagar, 100ft rd, Bangalore Pizza corner yesterday 24th June. Ordered for pasta and garlic bread as starter and later for pizza as main course. They generated two different bills for them. I was ok with this as amount to be paid is same in total.
But when I tried to use a gift coupon which had some off on them, they said if one bill is more than 350 /- then only they can accept. and for me the total bill was more than that but individually they were lower than 350.
Although I paid the total amount still they were not ready to accept that, generating two bills was not mistake on their part.
