Dear sir

i had taken bal transafar from axis to icici bank and i was told that after takeing bal transafar you can use my card for shopping ok after that i had a purchase from jewellers shop .but they have charged debit intrest for the trancation done so i called costomer care people and i was told that after i take bal transfar i should not use the card .why is bl transfar calling us and giving us wromg info to us so call to my mobil no.09845125000 and do the needful to me
