Cheating on Compute

I placed an order for a HP Personal Computer for my home and paid Rs 500 in advance. I was asked to book in advance as I would get free gifts. I paid the advance but told them not to order as I would confirm the order only within next 15 days. However due to certain reasons I had to cancel the order and wanted a refund of Rs 500. The company Palcewell Ststems & Solutions (P) Ltd, Siliguri refused to refund the money.

I would like to file a case in consumer forum for cheating and fraud.
