PL AGAINST CREDIT CARD NO.4477468458703001
REQUEST FOR REVERSAL OF PENNAK INTEREST

Dear sir,

I beg to say that, i have taken a loan amounnt of Rs.1, 43, 000/- against the credit card no.4477468458703001 in feb.2007 whose PL NO. 9401270038653007 @ EMI Rs.13491/- in 12 tenture.

I had paid Rs.1, 38, 600/-upto dec.2007.

In dec.2007 i requested for fore closure of loan before 2 months completion of tenture, at that time bank was asking for approx Rs.40000/- of remaining amount to pay.

total repay amount upto feb.2008 were Rs.1, 60.000/-.But in dec.2007 showing approx Rs. 1, 80, 000/-.Which were very high thats why i could not pay the remain amount in time.

Now i want to settale the remain amount as soon as possible.

There for you are requested for settelment of remain amnt. If there are any possibilities to reversal of pennal interest & levid amnt. so kindly resolve the problem & give me chance to pay lowest amnt. which you will allow me.

Actually i am suffering from economical cryces, there for i am unable to pay the current amnt showing of Rs.57, 585.53 in latest statement.i can pay a minimum amnt approx between Rs.10, 000/- to 15, 000/- at this time.

I hope you will under stand my problem a give me a chance to be a loyal with the bank. Thanking You.
