Dear Sir,

I am one of your regular customer buying shirts and trousers regularly. Today I visited your Planet Fashion, Pondy Bazaar, Chennai and bought two trousers of my favorite Louis Philippe brand for Rs.3598.00 vide bill no: SC8/4188, Dt:08.01.09. At the time of selection, your representatives at the show room confirmed that there is an offer available and if i buy two trousers for more than Rs.3000.00, I will get a shirt worth of Rs.1799.00. Based on this I selected two trousers and finaly at the time of billing, your show room incharge Mr. Mohan informed me that offer is no more available for Louis Philippe trousers and only available for Louis Philippe shirts and Van huasain shirts / trousers. I repeated asked him whether any other show room or dealers are offering the above offer and he confirmed that there is no such offer from 1st of January. Based on his conformation, i have purchased my favorite brand of Louis philippe trousers. When i came out, it was really unfortunate to notice that the nearby shop (Satyam & Shivan, Pondy Bazaar, Chennai) is offering a shirt worth of Rs.1799.00 for the Purchase of 2 garments woth Rs.3000.00. I felt cheated and how such a highly reputed company like yours can misguide the customer? I will definitely feel cheated whenever i use these trousers till its life. Hence I thought i should bring it to your knowledge for justice. I will appriciate a line of reply from your end at the earliest.
