Discount Vouchers

Dear Pahredar Team,

I’ve purchased some garments from Planet Fashion a retail chain owned by Mudra Garments against which I’ve been four Discount Coupons/Vouchers of Rs. 200/- each. I went to buy some garments from the same store and against a bill I wanted to avail those vouchers.

They turned down my request by saying that I can avail only one voucher on 1 garment, I can’t club more than 1 voucher to buy a single garment.

However, the term and condition on the voucher is “Voucher is redeemable on 1 garment only”, which means that one can’t use a single voucher to buy two garments, however, not from even a distant it means that one can’t club more than one voucher to buy one garment.

Regarding the same I’ve spoken to Company official’s but they also turned down my request. Hence, I request you to pls. suggest us how to proceed now.
