SOLD USED PHONE

This is to bring into your notice that on 28th Feb i went to Planet M Retail Ltd-Mani Square Kolkata Shop and bought a Motorola EM-30 Phone. I paid the full money and then in front of them i opened the Box and discovered that the Phone was a Used one, on asking them they said its not a Fault from their side and it has come from the Warehouse Like That. I found several SMS of Dated 18th Feb and few Contacts that were saved earlier, which i have kept still as a Proof. When i asked them to exchange they said they don't have any other set and said this was the last piece that was there, they asked me to take it and gave me an assuarance that nothing is wrong with the phone and promised me that if anything happens they will replace the Phone. Recently i discovered that the phone has got many problems and i went to them but they are ready to replace it or exchange it.

Could you please look into this matter as this is causing lot of trouble, the Salesman name is Nilanjan and the Cashier name is Rajat. I have a Valid bill of 28th Feb and the SMS proofs still in my mobile.
