Faulty mobile phone

Hi,

On 21st May I bought a virgin V-jazz mobile for my wife as her birthday gift from planet M, GK-2, New Delhi-110048.

It cost me Rs. 4700/- while virgin advertises its price Rs.4250/-.

After using it for some time, i discovered that this phone does not click the pictures at the highest described resolution. I have to choose smaller resolution to click photos.

Now, it stopped working since last one week. It is switched off and doesn't switch on.

I tried to recharge it for a long time but it went useless. then i tried to change its charger but charger was ok. Then i tried to change its battery, it worked for few seconds, then it went off.

I tried to visit Planet M for this problem but that store functions no more. They have closed that store.

I guess its a case of faulty phone from Planet M/Virgin.

Please look into the matter and do the needfull as we are facing too much problem.
