Staffs do not bother about customer service

Dear sir I have purchased a mobile phone of Nokia5130 about 15 days ago from planetm (near 22godam, jaipur) & just after 4 days of date of purchase its screen got damaged and I gave it to planetm to fix the problem the lady on desk told that it will be repaired within 2-3 days and about payment I will inform you in the evening but i did not receive any call from her finally i called them after 3 days they told me it will take 2 days more and again i called them and now they are saying it will be repaired when you will pay in advance. I have been telling them that I am living in the hostel and I am not able to talk to my parents please make it fast but this kind of service they are providing at planetm, the lady named richi told me I am not your servant, I want to ask is this the vision and mission of planetm, I think they are spoiling the image of planetm and getting payment for that, please help me out...
