Not Credited points in my Planet m card

Hi,

I have purchased Hangover watches from Planet M Malad Inorbit mall. I had a Planet M Card with me and I gave it to for the credit of points. It was said to me my card i not visible in the system, hence they vil credit the points manually in the system, but i checked the points after a week and my points was still not credited. Hence after 2 weeks i went to same place for complaint and again it was said to me that points vil b creited manually and again it was not done.i made a complaint in the yogi nagar store in borivali.they assured me they vil creit the points in my system and even after 3 mnths my points are still not reflecting in the system.
