DENIAL FROM THE TERMS OF WARRANTY

Sir,

I purchased a Nokia mobile 5610 from Planet M on 09/10/08 under a scheme of extra coverance of warranty by the seller of one year in addition of the manufacturer (1 year 1 year). Later after one year the mobile got a problem of key pad & memory card slot. When i contacted the Planet M Jalandhar (Model Town) they told me that the mobile will get repair at the cost of company, later they contacted Nokia service centre which make an estimate of Rs 2300/- & confirmed about the under warranty of the problem. The Planet M executives Model Town (Jalandhar) told that it will take time to re-imburse the expences. As per Planet M agreement they should provide the expences within 14 (R) 14 days, but they failed to turned up even after 45 days. And now they are escaping up for the payment & made me suffered a lot in last 45 days in terms of Kind, money, matters and the precious time.

So, i should be given compensation of Rs 20, 000/- for the loss of my precious time & money which i have lost to contact them more than twenty times.
