Sofa set teared off within a week

I buy a sofa set worth Rs.17500/- from Plan It Furniture, Motilal Nagr, Link Rd, Goregaon (W). Sofa set delivered to me on Friday 28th Aug after paying entire amount. They assured me that any complaint will be entertained upto 5 years. Sofa got tearred off from various places within 4 days of delivery so the vendor send a Karagir to repair it, Karagir clearly stated that the cloth used is off very poor quality and it will not be repairable. Now Plan it not ready to repair the sofa cloth or even asking me to pay Rs.5000/- more to replace the cloth. This is a clearly a case of cheating and advice you to help me inthis regards. I also request everybody not to purchase anything from this furniture shop named Plan it Furniture.
