Sir, i have purchased a set of Samsung products like TV, DOUBLE DOOR FRIDGE, SILVER NANO A/C in juneat visakhapatnam. Right now we are residing at KAKINADA OF East Godavari Disritct of Andhra Pradesh. Yester day I have lodged a compliant regarding Tv of 29". I came to know that till the day it was not rectified and moreover your people said in customercare it will be rectified in 1st Nov.09.I have a doubt that if you are not taking care of needs of the people living in the District Head Quarter how do you satisfy the rural people .. Please take of your Orgnisation. without Company nowhere we are. I can manage my self to rectify the damage. I am very sorry to say that " you became a very very lathergic in the market now". This is a matter of concerned. Take care of yourself
